~ Pure, Pure parado ~
Yep. Finally finished Tora Dora ! too. That was great. A very good drama/comedie, the best one I've seen for a while. Too bad there's not a second season. Third anime review, check it out.
Synopsys :
Ryūji Takasu is a student which has a very bad looking, especially his look. That's why everybody think he's bad and are affraid of him. In fact he's very nice, do kitchen everyday for his mother, has good results, etc. That's why he has so much difficulties to say to Minori Kushieda, a girl introduced by his best friend Yūsaku Kitamura, that he loves her. One after school, he see Taiga Aisaka, the best friend of Minori doing something strange to his bag. When he try to stop her she run away.
When he's back to his home, he check his bag and see a love letter for Yûsaku from Taiga. In despair, she try to kill him with a wood sword.
After a little talk they decide to help each other for getting their respective loved heart.
Critique :
Behind a simple synopsis, you have to add a lot of troubles like another character to this -you should call it this way- "love rectangle". The best point in this anime is the humor tipically from Japanese anime and a complicated drama at each episode. That means that you will laugh a lot with some sad points time to time. Pretty usual I have to admit, like Zero no Tsukaima or others...
But time passing, relationships become more complicated, without spoiling, the situation between the begginning and the ending are REALLY differents. There's a nice evolution here.
I cannot say that this anime is very original since it's a very usual method to make a good anime but come on, it's done with almost perfection here, even if it's a simple concept.
Long story short :
It couldn't be shorter : try that. When you see the first episode well you have to know that it will be like that the whole 25 episodes, just add some complicated drama after and you'll be good. In fact it's damn hard to put quality or defaults at this anime, it's just very usual but very well done. Try it, that's all.
Score :

Visual : 7/10. That's simple but effective as everything in this anime.
Music : 8/10. Too bad I don't like the second opening. But Pure-parade and Orange, with female main characters' seiyuus singing are simply amazing. Background music is nice too.
Story : 7/10. Maybe it could be lowered. I hate the ending and it's a real classic but the whole drama is quit handsome so...
Characters : 6/10. I love them. I just put "only" 6 because of Taiga, tired with the tsundere these days.
Charism : 8/10. This note is a very personal point judged by the global anime's charism.
The global score is NOT an average from the other scores.
PS : My favorite character : Ami Kawashima.

Je viens aussi d'avoir terminé de les regarder ^.^
J'ai adoré beaucoup de choses dont les trips de Minorin :p
Mon perso préféré c'est Taiga et je trouve la fin limite baclée sinon j'ai passé de bons moments :) donc je recommande.
