- The system is apparently ready to be released
- Just like said here, you'll be able to turn unused items into recycle points which are now called Tiki Points (TP)
- ...and to turn them into new items

I actually read that post when he posted it on Avril 2009 but I totally forgot about it...that explains why the "Point Shop" logo is still in hangeuls then.
In any case, the recycle system won't be released this week. They are working on it and will be probably released finally next week.
Also, we already got a preview before of what is to come, but I didn't mention it here before :

■ 妖精の涙 (Tears of Fairy)
The tears of fairy are a brand new items which will be introduced with the recycle system. It is supposed to dupplicate the effect of the items which already widen you pangya hit zone (Fairy ears, Fairy wings...).
■ 神経サイレントウィンド (Nerve Silentwind) (temporary name)
The Nerve Silentwind is simply an item which will combine the effects of the nerve stabilisator and the silent wind together.
Both items, along others, will be introduced with the soon to come and long awaited recycle system.
